Our engagements are always led by one of our principals. All engagements benefit from the collective experience of all team members. Prior to each engagement the lead principal presents the engagement to the entire team to validate the team's capability to deliver on the client's objectives.
During each engagement the lead principal presents the proposed go-to-market strategy to the entire team to gather feedback and input on how to further improve it. Furthermore, all principals participate in reviewing and editing the marketing collateral for each engagement.
