The Association for Corporate Growth San Diego is a national membership network with more than 5,000 worldwide participants, which lays the foundation for many business deals and transactions and promotes the professional interests of its members.

Founded in 1954, the Association for Corporate Growth (ACG) is a global association for professionals involved in corporate growth, corporate development, and mergers and acquisitions. Today ACG stands at more than 10,000 members from corporations, private equity, finance, and professional service firms representing Fortune 500, Fortune 1000, FTSE 100, and mid-market companies in 51 chapters in North America and Europe.

AMAA - Association of Merger & Acquisition Advisors

The Alliance of Merger & Acquisition Advisors (AMAA) is the premiere national organization serving the educational and resource needs of the M&A profession. Its 350+ members are M&A professionals providing intermediary and transaction support services. Most of the members have a CPA, MBA, JD or similar advanced education or an equivalent certification.

AMAA members represent sellers and buyers of businesses ranging from $5 to $150 million in transaction value. Their services are seller representation, buyer representation, due diligence, accounting, financing, business valuation, tax planning, legal, strategic advisory, and many other transaction services.

M&A Source - The World's Largest Organization of Middle Market Intermediaries

The mission of the M&A Source is to promote members' professional development and interests to better serve their clients' needs, and maximize public awareness of professional intermediary services available for middle market merger and acquisition transactions.

The M&A Source is the world's largest international organization of experienced, dedicated merger and acquisition intermediaries representing the middle market.

The Source was established in 1991 to address the professional issues of merger and acquisition professionals. This organization currently has more than 170 cooperative intermediaries across Mexico, Europe and the United States.

IBA - Institute of Business Appraisers

The Institute of Business Appraisers is the oldest professional society devoted solely to the appraisal of closely-held businesses. Established in 1978, the Institute is a pioneer in business appraisal education and professional accreditation.

Business valuation is a specialized field requiring a solid foundation of experience, continuing education, and the highest level of professional integrity.

IBBA - International Business Brokers Association

The International Business Brokers Association ® (IBBA ®) is the largest international non-profit association operating exclusively for the benefit of people and firms engaged in the various aspects of business brokerage and mergers and acquisitions. Today, the IBBA has more than 1,800 cooperative business brokers and intermediaries across Canada, Mexico, Asia, Europe, Australia and the United States.

CABB - California Association of Business brokers

The California Association of Business Brokers is a professional trade association whose members are actively involved in assisting their clients in selling, buying, and evaluating businesses. CABB was organized to recognize the professionals of business opportunity brokerage, to help educate the public on the benefits of using licensed intermediaries, and to establish a code of ethics to which members adhere.

CRASD - Commercial Realtor Association of San Diego

Established in November 1993, the Mission of the Commercial Realtors® Association of San Diego (CRASD) is to mirror on a local level the purpose of the National Association of REALTORS (NAR), which is to enhance the ability and opportunity of its members to conduct their business successfully and ethically and to promote the preservation of the right to own, use and transfer real property.
