John Henberger has extensive ownership and mid market merger & acquisition experience in manufacturing, distribution and high technology firms including systems integration. As an M&A advisor he has developed additional expertise in the wine industry and and other lifestyle businesses including high-end retail. John has been a successful business owner in the Southern California area for over 35 years and successfully founded, acquired, ran and sold a variety of businesses in these fields.
John Henberger is a Certified Mergers & Acquisition Advisor (CM&AA). He is active with several industry associations including the Association for Corporate Growth, the Alliance for Corporate Wealth, the Alliance of Mergers & Acquisition Advisors, and the California Association of Business Brokers. John is currently the Membership Chair for the ACG (Association for Corporate Growth) in San Diego and is on the Board of Directors for CABB (California Association of Business Brokers) and is a charter member of the ACW (Alliance for Corporate Wealth). He has sat on the board of directors for the Association of High Technology Distribution (AHTD) and on the board of advisors for IBM's Manufacturing Systems Products Division. John was the Vendor Chairperson for ITE 2000 (International Transportation Engineers) National Convention and for many years served a variety of roles for the Scripps-Mercy Annual Golf Classic.
