- Interviewed for Sky Magazine's business channel on Mergers and Acquisitions.(Feb/March 2003)

- Managed a direct sales team, an application engineering support group and developed a separate sales channel for IBM industrial computers. The channel was called an Authorized Distributor Product Integrator, which was adopted by IBM and represented 70% of IBM national sales.
- Developed a new standard for the United States Navy for ship board controls, monitoring and battle simulation software. These systems are currently being installed on the Ageas class ships and are being specified for all new non-nuclear shipboard control and monitoring applications.
- Authored technical articles for Microsoft publications, Control Engineering Magazine and Aviation Week.
- Established corporate images, promotional materials, World Wide Web image, trade show and educational seminars.
- Received many recognition awards by companies such as IBM, Invensys and 3M for excellence in sales and for exceeding revenue objectives.
- Awarded National Distributor of the Year by IBM in 1995 and 1997. Awarded Western Regional Distributor of the Year in 1996 and 1998.
- Awarded the 3M Intelligent Transportation Systems Division Dealer of the Decade in 1990.
Systems Engineering:
- Managed a team of engineers for research and development projects as well as for systems engineering projects. Successful installations include fortune 500 companies located in Southern California.
- Led the R & D project for the design of custom machines for the food industry resulting in a $250 million opportunity. Project included plans for off shore production in Eastern Europe, Asia and Mexico.
- Developed a trademarked portal technology used by fortune 500 companies as a view into manufacturing software. The data is collected on a server and then distributed to Internet or Intranet users. Over 60,000 copies distributed worldwide.
- Launched the worlds first software solution for the traffic monitoring and toll auditing software for toll roads. Recognized by IBBTA in Madrid Spain for Innovations in Transportation 2000. The Institute of Transportation Engineers also recognized the software as the top software solution for 2000. The product is currently being positioned to serve a $400 billion transportation market.
Public Speaking:
- Public speaker, including host speaker for the Forth Annual Lessons in Leadership Series, Los Angeles. Other hosts included: Ken Blanchard, Robert Cooper, Steven Covey, Tom Peters and Margaret Wheatley.
- Worked with government lobbyists on public safety bond issues speaking to various City Councils.
Tech Support, Training, Service, Quality Systems:
- Developed a service organization that improved the corporate bottom line by 3%.
- Implemented an ISO 9001 supplier certification program.
- Installed a total quality management system throughout the corporation.
